  • How much will I be charged
The Render Pool consumes points only for the actual rendering time. Points are not consumed during network communication or server preparation time. Therefore, even if the server is congested and you are waiting for rendering, you will not consume more points than usual. Also, the points consumed for rendering will vary greatly depending on the project file you upload and the output settings you select. We recommend that you test render only one framePopular
  • I am stuck at the end of the rendering process. What should I do?
Some servers are taking a long time to process the rendering. Please wait for a while and it will be processed. If the rendering still does not proceed, please contact us from the "Contact Us" page so that we can investigate. When you contact us, please provide the Renders ID that is displayed during the rendering process. If you cancel during rendering, you will be charged up to the processed frame.Popular
  • How fast is Renderpool?
It depends greatly on the data to be rendered. By utilizing a variety of cloud-based GPU rendering servers located around the world, rendering speeds can be over 100 times faster than rendering on a standard local PC.Popular
  • About Free Trial
For trial use, the rendered output will have a watermark. If you purchase points and render, you will get the output without the watermark. Please note that if you run out of points when rendering with the trial version, you will not be able to download the rendering even if you purchase additional points. Once you purchase points, your trial points will be forfeited.Popular
  • Give me more precise estimation points
For those who want to know the estimated consumption point more accurately, or for those who are going to perform a large-scale rendering, we recommend that you first try rendering with a single frame. Since the consumption point is proportional to the number of frames and samples, the consumption point can be estimated more accurately.Popular
  • Is there a limit on the size of each file I upload?
The standard upload file size limit is 15GB,Some readers
  • What software is currently supported by Renderpool?
We currently support Radeon ProRender plugins(RPR files) and Blender Cycles engine. Please check our software page details on which software is comfirmed supported. https://renderpool.net/softwareSome readers
  • Is my data secure?
We have top of the line end-to-end data security. Our trusted encryption platform ensures that your data is encrypted frame by frame during the file transfer communication process. Uploaded data is stored in a major public cloud and encrypted with 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) GCM. The terms of use are as follows https://jp.renderpool.net/ca-ja/ If you need to conclude a nondisclosure agreement, it is possible to do so individually with our company (Studio Zen). • Will I be charged for uploading files and storing my rendered files?
There is no cost. You will only be charged during rendering.Few readers
  • How long is my data stored?
Your original data and rendered data is stored for one week.Few readers
  • What are the steps for using Renderpool?
Tutorials are uploaded on the official official YouTube channel. Please see the following video for instructions on how to use the software. https://jp.renderpool.net/howtoFew readers
  • Suddenly rendering and file transfers are slow, is this a problem?
In rare cases, TRANSFERRING JOBS and INITIALIZING JOBS may take a long time due to the rendering server conditions or network congestion caused by other users’ usage. This is not a glitch, please wait until rendering starts. Even if you have to wait longer than usual, the points consumed by the rendering are the same as in the normal case.Few readers

If you are unable to play the downloaded MPEG-4 file, please contact us from the Contact Us page so that we can check the data. Please inform us of your rendering ID when you contact us.Few readers
  • Rendering does not proceed from the point where it is 99% rendered.
In some cases, rendering is not progressing due to the allocation of rendering to the server. Please wait for a while, as the servers will be reallocated automatically. If you are in a hurry, please pause and resume rendering again.Few readers
  • I rendered a job with 2000 frames but I cannot download it
Render Pool compiles finished render frames in Zip file after the render job is complete. This process will take time depending on the resolution and filesize of the final render. We recommend creating different render jobs with smaller frames. (e.g. 1-250 frames, 251-300 frames) or use Render Pool Client App by setting CSV for the render jobFew readers
  • Is there a way to render 10,000 frames at one job?
Currently, the end frame setting is limited to "9999." This is designed to prevent errors caused by excessively large rendered data being combined into a single file. If you're rendering more than 10,000 frames, please use the following method. +Divide the rendering target and render multiple times between 1 and 9999 frames. +Use the "Render Pool Client App" to divide and set the job when creating a CSV file. We are considering allowing you to specify a frame count of more than 10,000 framesFew readers
  • Regarding the data limit of the unlimited rendering plan, is there a possibility that rendering will fail if I handle a scene file with a da
The Unlimited Rendering Plan uses 8GB of GPU memory. Because textures, geometry caches, and other data are simultaneously maintained during processing, even relatively light scenes may run out of GPU memory and result in an error. The following are effective solutions: Reduce texture resolution and polygon count Utilize cache files for animations Divide and render data We also offer a test environment for the Unlimited Rendering Plan, so you can try it out in advance.
