# 突然レンダリングやファイルの転送が遅くなりましたが、不具合でしょうか？

他のユーザーのご利用状況によりレンダリングサーバーの状況やネットワーク回線が混み合い、まれにTRANSFERRING JOBSやINITIALIZING JOBSに時間がかかる場合が発生いたします。 不具合ではございませんので、レンダリングが開始されるまでお待ち下さい。 なお、この待ち時間により通常よりもレンダリングのポイントが多く消費されるということはございません。
